Prior to working with Loyoly, Humble+ faced a number of challenges that were holding back their growth and retention strategy.

Their program, then managed by Yotpo, suffered from numerous technical bugs that hampered the user experience and considerably reduced its effectiveness. This situation also had a direct impact on their ability to boost referrals: the existing referral lacked appeal, and did not sufficiently encourage customers to promote the brand to their friends and family.

At the same time, Humble+ faced another major challenge: stimulating repeat purchases. Despite a loyal consumer base, the tools in place were failing to encourage regular purchasing behavior. This was accompanied by a desire to reinforce brand engagement and forge stronger links with their community, an ambition that required adapted solutions.

A final point of frustration was the collection of customer reviews. With a limited volume of returns, their ability to establish their social proof and convince new buyers fell short of their expectations.

With Loyoly, Humble+ has deployed a new loyalty and referral program to boost word-of-mouth, increase repeat purchases and collect reviews.

Referral

Humble+'s referral offer gives the referrer, as well as the referree, the chance to earn €10 per referral.

The process is simple: simply share your referral link or enter the email (or SMS) of the person you wish to refer.

This system has enabled Humble+ to generate more than €17,000 in additional revenue and acquire more than 300 new customers in eight months, all at low cost.


Loyalty

Humble+ has complemented this scheme with a loyalty program called Club Wellness.

Customers earn points with every purchase (€1 spent = 3 loyalty points). But that's not all. This program also lets you earn points by completing one of the various missions on offer:

  • Enter your birthday
  • Give your SMS opt-in
  • Follow Humble+ on Instagram.
  • Make purchases at the point of sale

With simple missions, they create a positive and rewarding experience right from the start.


Results in 8 months

Since launch, Humble+ has generated over €28,000 in additional revenue through its Loyalty & Referral program.

This substantial sum has enabled the brand to achieve a monthly ROI in excess of 10 in just 8 months.

But the results go beyond the raw numbers.

The re-purchase rate of customers involved in the program increased 4.5 in 8 months, reaching a total of 94%.

Similarly, the average number of purchases doubled over the same period.

As a result, the Lifetime Value of customers who have taken part in the program is more than 3.5 times higher than that of customers who have not.

In addition, Humble+ succeeded in mobilizing its community by collecting over 200 reviews. This new social proof adds reassurance and boosts the brand's growing reputation.
